We stand behind every Worelli product with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Email support@worelli.com with your order number. For damaged or defective items, contact us within 72 hours with photo or video evidence — we will send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
